Research several early childhood programs; use your findings to help create a complete business plan. Make sure you include all the components discussed in unit 7 in this course. It can be a fictional program but you need to fully explain your proposal.

1. Identify your mission
2. Who is your constituent (who do you plan to serve )
3. Define their characteristics and perceived needs and wants.
4. How did you arrive at the answer for #3?
5. Who else can serve your constituents?
6. What are the differences between your organization's program/services and other organization's who serve yourconstituents?
7. If you serve different groups of children, what are the services you are providing?
8. What makes your agency or services provided unique from other agencies providing the same service?
