Demographics Paper
In essay form, discover and discuss each of the following generational demographic groups as discussed: (approx. 1 page per generational group)
• Senior Citizens (Pre-depression and Depression era)
• Baby Boomers
• Generation X
• Generation Y
• Generation Z
Please offer a thorough comparison of at least two different generations. You can compare generations in any way that you wish or simply discuss characteristics that are unique to each generation.
Demographic research should include, but not limited to, items such as:
• population size
• birth era years
• current ages
• percentage breakdown of genders within the group
• current income levels
• current educational attainments
• occupations
• view toward technology
• marital status
• number of children common in family
• views toward work
• views toward marriage
• common age to marry
• views toward politics and business
• popular or common purchases among the group
• generational commonalities
• and, any other demographic or psychographic data you feel is important, interesting or relevant
Compile your research into a 4 to 5 page paper, making sure that you offer text support and any other outside resources you use. Your paper should be double spaced, use a font of at least 12. In addition to your paper, you will include a works cited page to include any those aforementioned resources.
