The questionnaire has 3 parts
a. the respondent's profile in terms of the following:
- Age
- Gender
- Employment status: DOH-hired/ LGU-hired
- Length of service
b. relationship between socio-demographic characteristics of the respondents (public health nurses) to the stress they perceive in relation to the COVID19 vaccination program and other related tasks.
c. the differences in the situational or work-related factors and the personal factors that the respondents are experiencing in relation to stress that they perceived concerning their duties in COVID19 vaccination program.
