Microsoft is a software major and has brought in Satya Nadella as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to take charge from Steve Ballmer. His leadership style is quite commendable and is being admired to be a silent reformer, but with changing external factors which may have uncontrollable influences on the firm, it will have to be dealt with caution producing minimum harm. Bringing a fresh leader is imperative for an ailing company to give a fresh outlook to employees, but time will be the best indicator if Nadella has been able to produce the necessary change.
