Relativists argue that there is significant disagreement

Relativists argue that there is significant disagreement among societies concerning ethics, and that the best explanation for this is to suppose that there are no universal moral principles, and that right and wrong are relative to one's society. How might someone who disagrees with relativism respond to this argument? That is, how might someone show that there isn't really as much moral disagreement among societies as appears to be the case on the surface? Use examples to help to explain your answer.
