Q. Non - Direct Approach to counseling?

The counsellor's participation is minimal; here the counsellee freely expresses. The counsellor pays attention to the emotion and attitudes associated with the problem.  In addition, the counsellee is encouraged to choose the goals, make the decisions, and take responsibility for the decisions. The counsellor has faith in the counselee to work out the problem. The success of the method depends on ability and intelligence of the counsellee. The non-direct method of counselling is most appropriate and more often used approach.
