During COVID-19, a lot of healthcare providers adopted telemedicine as a way to continue to provide care for their patients. "Telehealth to the array of distant care delivery services that remove physical contact with the patient" (Baker, Cadet, Mani & Chatterjee, 2021). This method allowed physicians to provide multiple services (Fig 3) to minorities by utilizing programs that will allow both patient and provider to communicate using a video call method within a secure system. Research indicates that patients that used these services saw improvement in their health and displayed a high level of satisfaction with the method because of its convince and versatility (Beheshti, L., M.Sc, Kalankesh, L. R., PhD., Doshmangir, L., PhD., & Farahbakhsh, M., M.D. (2022).
