When I first began working as an RBT. I had difficulty organizing myself to complete notes on time and manage the caseload. My condition has improved significantly, although I still have occasional challenges during weeks when I have school work and life situations. I attribute my transformation to receiving reinforcement for effective organization and being equipped with the necessary tools and information to maintain the organization. A good supervisor always makes a difference in a technician's work experience.
