Harvest City Case Assignment (TEAM, no extra credit) The Harvest City case is a complex project with a lot of stakeholders. Your assignment is very simple. Imagine that you have been brought in as a Project Management consultant (many accounting firms provide this kind of service). Please provide two kinds of suggestions. Each suggestion is worth up to 3 points: What could they have done differently earlier in the project to improve the current situation? What should they do now, given that that a lawsuit has been filed, to salvage the best outcome(s) going forward. SUGGESTED PROCESS. Each team member should read the case and think about the answers. Then discuss and compare your ideas to come up with the strongest suggestions.
