Problem
You leave in a typical rural community in Ghana. The population of the community is less than 3000 people of mostly children. There are about 600 households in the community. Like many other rural communities in the country, your community is plagued with a plethora of problems ranging from keeping children in school, maintain reliable and effective communication, child labour, indiscipline amongst the youth, unreliable electricity and water supply, supply of goods in the market and many others. You are required to identify a specific problem such a community might face and propose an IT solution by addressing the following questions. You could make any other assumptions which may be relevant to your answers. For your problem, provide an introduction which gives the necessary background to the problem stating clearly what the issues are and why it is of interest and the possible solutions that might be.
