Assignment task: After reading the article "Using the Balanced Score Card as a Strategic Management System" see if your company has a balanced score card or look for a company that does have one posted on its website. Using examples from the score card that are not financial, i.e. operational, innovation, learning, explain how you think they can provide a good mechanism for measuring performance. Alternatively, you could come up with appropriate measures for a balanced score card for your company if it doesn't have one and discuss those.
