The prevailing view of the public as well as public administrators and political scientists is that Congress is a broken institution that no longer is working. What are the proposed Constitutional and statutory changes that are being proposed to fix Congress and get it working again? Review editorials from the New York Times, Washington Post and Wall Street Journal as public policy journals and public administration journals and magazines such as Forbes, Time, News Week, National Journal and reports produced by Washington, DC think tanks for proposed reforms. Evaluate the proposed reforms for those most likely to be implemented and work. Cite sources. This is a FACT based analysis assignment.
For your assignments, please include as a part of your paper a cover page, abstract, table of contents and bibliography along with your substantive analysis. All assignments must be properly sourced.
