• Ensure your WBS has all the estimated activities and durations, are logically sequenced, and milestones defined.
You also need to ensure your critical path is specified by activity (not WBS). Remember, activities are contained WITHIN the WBS, they are not the WBS. Do not make us guess the critical path, it should be well graphed and stated on a gantt chart, either hand drawn or using a scheduling program!

This report is accordingly based on application of the result-oriented project management approach towards planning of 50th wedding anniversary of parents. This project has high sentimental value also since it is once-a-lifetime opportunity and as such, prudent strategies have been deployed to plan the anniversary party in an efficient and effective manner.
Project scope statement
This project is aimed to plan for the 50th anniversary party of my parents. The scope has been accordingly identified.
Scope description: This project is based on planning for the party in an objective manner. The preparations that have to be made for the party have been done in this project so that parents are happy and the celebration covers their needs and preferences in an efficient manner. This project has emotional value also since the project is primarily aimed at giving a pleasant and memorable surprise to parents on their wedding anniversary.

Exclusions: This project is based on planning for the party and is not focused on the actual performance that occurs on the celebration day.
Constraints: The celebration can take place over the weekends only and it is also imperative that the guests are available that weekend. A guest base of 60 people has been targeted so that all close guests are included in the celebration.
Assumptions:It is assumed that the weather would be favorable on the party day and no contingent preparations need to be made.
