Middletown, Delaware, is in the process of creating a new incubator to build up business in the area. If you were responsible for vetting new businesses to enter the incubator,
1) what research would you want to see to ensure that their product/service is desirable in the target market,
2) what are some of the pro forma measurables they would need to produce to prove the financial viability of the business, and
3) because this is a collaborative environment (i.e. the entrepreneurs in the incubator work together, share ideas, share resources, etc., what are the personality types that would be the best fit for the incubator?
