Construct a document concerning Juvenile Law that:
a. Identifies the changes in rights and procedures since the due process revolution relative to juvenile justice.
b. Describes different ways police are allowed to handle juveniles
c. Defines confidentiality and explains current legal issues in Juvenile Justice
d. Lists the major steps in the juvenile court process.
The information used in your paper must come from two resources. One of the resources can be our textbook with the remaining one coming from other sources (e.g. online Library, Internet sites, Criminal Justice Journals, Newspaper articles, etc.
The paper should be 3 to 4 pages long, using 12 pt. font and double spaced. Include a separate citation page for your references.
