Problem: Hopefully, by now you've learned that the state of Texas has experienced significant constitution change since the founding of the Texas Republic in 1845. And, you've probably realized that current constitution, first written in 1875, has many major problems for a state government operating in the 21st century. What are some of these problems? What can we do, if anything correct these problems , especially given our political cultural values?
