Problem:
(i) ‘Plans should go far enough to reach those goals made when the plans were initially developed'. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of planning in an organisation. Describe the steps that a manager must undertake to design a plan that works, and attains its goals.
(ii) Show the steps which lead to rational decision making and explain the limitations of making out rational decisions.
