Problem related to parental resilience


Problem: One strategy that really stands out to me is building parental resilience. This approach focuses on helping parents cope with stress in healthier ways by strengthening their problem-solving skills and emotional regulation. I think this strategy is so effective because when parents feel supported and capable, they are better able to stay calm during tough moments and respond to their children with patience instead of frustration (Child Welfare Information Gateway, 2020). When young children feel safe and cared for, they learn that the world is a secure place and that they can rely on others. This sense of safety becomes the foundation for how they handle stress later on.
