Problem: Assume that Sam Shady is a crooked lawyer but one admired by criminals because he (Sam) has an excellent record acquiring acquittals for his clients. Sam takes on the case of "Moose" Malkovich. Moose is accused of Aggravated Robbery and Attempted Murder involving a jewelry store robbery. Sam hires Bert and Ernie and pays them $5,000 each to come into court and testify from the stand that Moose was with them (about twenty miles away) playing poker when the jewelry store was "hit." Is Sam guilty of any crime and, if so, what? Sam is guilty of "Subornation of Perjury" Sam is guilty of "Perjury" Sam is guilty of "Extortion " Sam isn't guilty of anything - He is representing his client "zealously."
