Problem regarding coulombs law in a vacuum

Assignment task: Coulombs law in a vacuum does not reflect the real life conditions in a cell. How can we adapt this equation to better capture what happens in a cell?

1. We can introduce another variable called the dielectric constraint epsilon which accounts for the aqueous water environment in cells that increase the force between two charges.

2. We can't modify this equation we have to use a completely different experimental law.

3. We can introduce another called the dielectric epsilon which takes in to account the screening effect that occurs in cells.

4. We can introduce another variable which accounts for the fact that there are more than two objects in a cell.
