Problem on spring constant of bungee cord

A bungee jumper of 89 kg is enjoying an afternoon of jumps. The first oscillation of jumper consists of amplitude of 14 m and a period of 4 s. Treating the bungee cord as a spring with no damping, compute each of the given:

i) The spring constant of bungee cord

ii) the bungee jumpers maximum speed throughout the oscillation

iii) The time for the amplitude to reduce to 2 m (having air resistance giving the damping of the oscillations at 8.3 kg/s)
