Problem about school violence and bullying

Problem:

Reply to peer post: Based on what I have learned in this course, school violence and bullying, community violence, human trafficking, and elder abuse are all connected because they involved power, control, and people taking advantage of others who are vulnerable. Even though these types of abuse happen at different stages of life, they often follow similar patterns and can affect individuals across the lifespan. School violence and bullying are often a person's first experience with abuse. When children are bullied or exposed to violence at school, it can affect their self-esteem, mental health, confidence, ability to trust others and how they interact with others later in life. These early experiences can increase the risk of becoming involved in the community violence, either as a victim or someone who uses violence as a way to cope or survive. Community violence creates unsafe environments and can make abuse seem normal. When violence is common in a community, it can limit access to resources and support, which makes individuals more vulnerable to exploitation. This is where human trafficking often occurs. Traffickers tend to target people who already feel powerless, unsupported, or desperate, including youth who have experienced bullying, abuse or unstable living. Need Assignment Help?
