Mary tells you she is reusing medication returned from a local nursing home to save money and help out with the business cost. Mary says the boss is impressed with her creativity and hopes everyone can find more ways to save money. You're worried about the patients receiving medication that has left the pharmacy but at the same time, it is possible you could be laid off with a decrease in business if you don't find ways to save money.
