Problem about differential reinforcement procedure

Question: One of my clients right now is having a differential reinforcement procedure being implemented to get her to stop sucking her thumb. Anytime she engages in sucking her thumb, her BCBA has staff prompt her to give them a double high five, then hand her something to play with. This has been working fairly well, with the same client, before leaving a room, we prompt her to walk and hold our hand to reduce elopement, and provide praise for walking during transitions.
