"Hello class,
My name is Kelly and I live in Northwest, MO about forty-five minutes from the Parkville Campus. I am currently working at a Behavioral Healthcare facility as our Training and Compliance Specialist. Prior to being in this role, I was an Adult Mental Health Care Coordinator for about four years. My current career goals are to remain with my current organization and potentially assume the role of my CCO once she retires in six years. I enjoy macrolevel policy, procedure and the inner workings of an organization. I have specific interest in which programs work best for specific demographics. I recently assisted with the completion of a CARF survey to obtain accreditation for my organization.
Outside of career goals, I am newly engaged as of Christmas Day '25 and I am going to be in the process of wedding planning, home buying, working full time and my pursuing my education. It's going to be a crazy year in 2026 but I am thankful for all of the opportunities I am presented with.
