Problem:
Amanda Smith is a 15 year old female with a history or seasonal allergies. Allergies present as runny nose, sneezing, sinus congestion, and itchy, watery eyes. She has symptoms generally Spring and Fall and each season varies for severity and this Spring has been "bad". She has tried benadryl that helps with sneezing and runny nose some. The diphenhydramine made her too drowsy so she stopped taking it because she needs to be alert during the day for school and work. Prescribe medications that would be most effective for treating all of her symptoms. You may need to select more than one drug.
