Unseen challenges will always face a community. It is important for community leaders to be able to forecast potential challenges and create models for how to deal with these challenges when they arise. How will you deal with issues that surface? What will your response be? It is time now to think about these challenges so that you are effectively prepared for the eventuality of the challenges a community leaders will face.
