Problem
Prepare a detailed project schedule for the contracted effort. The project schedule shall include all level three elements of the WBS at a minimum. The project schedule shall be prepared using any approved project management tool (e.g., MS Project). The schedule shall depict any precedence relationships that exist between activities. The schedule must include the planned start and end dates for each activity, the planned duration of each activity and the planned duration of the entire project
