One manager in particular indicates that he is directed by the CEO and in many instances is relying on his Key Result areas as an indication of the direction he should follow in day to day operations.

You quickly see that the managers have very little idea of the concept of a entrepreneurial strategy. From your meeting with the managers you determine, that in order for the introduction of a successful entrepreneurial strategy a intensive training session must be undertaken in relation to what it means to adopt an entrepreneurial strategy for managers and leaders in an organization. With this objective in mind you decided to

1. Prepare an agenda of learning outcomes for training session specifically focussing on Corporate Entrepreneurial strategy.
