Agency law applies in many area, particularly in business. Principals can be held liable for the acts of the agent and sometimes agents can be held liable too. We can see this when exploring the relationship between employers and employees. Find a case that addresses one of these areas. What are the facts of the case? What is the legal issue? (i.e. Whether an employer is responsible for the acts of an employee when the employee was directed to deliver 100 widgets to XYZ corp. and the agent on her way to deliver the widgets ran a red light and collided with another vehicle, causing injury to the other driver). How does this tie into the material we are learning?
