Assignment: Strategic Plan
Develop a strategic plan for the company that you selected at the beginning of your MBA program and share your plan with stakeholders.
Create a 10 to 15 slides presentation for key stakeholders to solicit their approval of your strategic plan. Address the following in your presentation:
o An introduction with mission and vision statements
o Core values, ethics, and social responsibility principles
o Analysis of the company's:
o Internal environment (e.g. strengths and weaknesses related to resources, trademarks, patents, copyrights, or current processes)
o External environment (e.g. opportunities and threats related to market trends, economic trends, demographics, or regulations)
o An evaluation of internal and external environment's impact on achieving the company strategy
o Create a strategic objective for the company.
o Create short- and long-term goals for achieving the company's strategic plan.
o Determine methods for collecting data and measuring success of the strategic plan.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
