In the article "A Different View of Organizational Learning" written by Sue Gilly on 21st February 1997, it has been explored the group viewpoint so as to develop the more holistic approach of the organizational learning. Work of changing the focus may begin with these concepts as the organizational culture, juxtaposition of the order and disorder, Native American medicine wheel & social construction of the knowledge in the peer groups. The organizations require for making some shifts in order to operate from like this new perspective and some have been discussed in this article. What has being called for this article is the expanded focus to that of the groups and development of the wisdom in the individuals and the development of the capacity for the self designing and self diagnosing by the whole organization. Several organizational learning theorists require for exploring beyond their outlook of only individual learning to find the ways for integrating & juxtapose individual and the group learning for expansion of the organizational possibilities into the unknown realms. In this referenced literature we have so many concepts with which we examine further the group perspective on the organizational learning. The learning is that happens all time.
