Leveraging what has been learned

Do you agree with their points? Do you have anything to add?

In the "Leveraging What Has Been Learned" article the section I found most beneficial was the common pitfalls. The first pitfall is IT tries to be strategic before mastering being cost-effective and reliable. The second pitfall is the project tends to be too elaborate and ambitious. If we want people to embrace EA we have to show the value from it everyday and present the results. The third pitfall is to recognize that every EA effort will cause some kind of transformation of the organization. If the company does recognize the changes that people have to absorb we lose the benefit from EA.
