If you were trying to persuade people the take the following actions, how would you organize your argument?
You want to your boss to approve your plan for hiring two new people.
You want to be hired for a new job. You want to be granted a business loan.
You want to collect a small amount of money from a regular customer whose account is slightly past due.
You want to collect a large amount of money from a customer whose account is seriously past due.
