Pick an environmental topic or environmental legislation under consideration and formulate a rationale for a personal opinion about the topic or proposed legislation. Write a letter to the editor of a newspaper expressing your opinion and persuading others or legislators to accept your ideas. And then Write a response from someone reading your letter to the editor (you can make this up if you do not send it in or get a response in time) in the newspaper (or include whatever you receive back from readers or the editor.) Response must be atleast 3 pages.
