One Laptop Per Child aims to provide laptops to people (mainly children) living in third-world communities with hopes that the device will enhance their education. As we learned from the documentary and readings, it's rather unclear as to whether the laptops are expediting and enhancing education more so than just acting as tools for distraction.
Explain why you would, or would not, personally donate money to continue funding the OLPC program (assuming you had money to give...)
