I. Review the John Readings processes and outline how the development of a critical thinking training program will meet the organisational goals and objectives.
II. Outline how the current procedures provide maximum opportunities for the teams to access learning opportunities and creates a safe environment for this process to be undertaken.
III. Research and discuss two types of learning systems used in other organisations and how they could be effective in providing the training and support to the teams at John Readings.
