Problem: Outline a Recruitment Strategy Write a 1- 2 page recruitment strategy for the position outlined in your job description. Be sure to identify what groups you want to reach. Now that you have thought about your desired applicant pool explain where and how you will advertise the position in order to reach this group. Be sure that you consider all of the options outlined in Chapter 6 of your text and choose 2 or 3 that are best suited to the type of position and the type of candidate you are hoping to attract.
