Problem: From the fossil evidence it is believed that Hominin groups migrated out of Africa 2 times (i.e. Out of Africa 1 & Out of Africa 2 hypotheses for the appearance of AMH (anatomically modern humans). Some Out of Africa 1 theorists have argued that convergent evolution could have led to AMHs rather than the first group being displaced by later more advanced Hominins. Briefly explain this controversy using the correct species names and approximate dates of when this all occurred (Out of Africa 1 & 2), and resolve the debate as to the origins of AMH across Europe Asia and Africa.
