Assessing the extent to which an organization's culture reflects the national culture of its home country, it will suggest that in most cases there are direct links with national and organizational culture .. and that the strength of the effect will depend on the dominance of that national culture in the development of the international business environment, i.e. American culture is very influential in the development of the IBE, therefore, it is also very influential in the development of the American Corporate Culture.
Problem 2. Rejects the idea that an Organization's Culture reflects the national culture if its home country, it will suggest that other forces are much more important.
Problem 3. Suggest that an Organization's culture naturally reflects the national culture of its home country, but it is not the dominant factor in the make up of many international organizations.
