One way or another not fairly representative of the

The right to a fair trial includes for serious offenses the right to a trial by a jury of one's peers. This right has been operationalized by defining such a jury as embodying a "fair cross-section of the community" so that representative groups are neither over-included nor under-represented in the jury pool. Still, there have been studies that suggest that may state court juries are, in one way or another, not fairly representative of the communities in which the court hearing the case sits. What is the problem here? Why is this occurring? How serious of a problem is it for minority Americans? What can be done about it? Conduct a little research and tell us what you have found. Be sure to include full information for your sources (in APA format) so that your classmates can go read what you have found should they wish to do so. Please be sure to include a separate introduction and conclusion paragraph
