For this week's threaded discussion you'll be designing a training program for a new technology that you would like to see introduced in your workplace (it can be either a current or past employer). You can choose any technology you would like, so long as it's a technology that would actually require a dedicated training program (so, in other words, it can't be something like 'a new pencil sharpener). This training program should include all of the steps listed in figure 7.1 on pg. 105 of the Haddad text. Be sure you conduct the training needs analysis, develop the training design, develop the program content, and so forth. There are five steps here, so do a thorough job on all five. If all five steps don't apply, then find a new technology to introduce. Be sure you label all five steps- don't just write one long paragraph. This will make it easier for interested parties (like myself, and the fellow scholar that will be critiquing your change) to read and evaluate your program.
Once you completed this, read over some of the other training programs that have been posted. Write a thoughtful and detailed critique of another student's program. Twenty percent of your grade for this assignment will be based on the quality of your critique.
