2) Through a cost-effectiveness analysis, we can only choose one single effect of interest that is common to both alternatives.
3) Compared between Plan A and Plan B in a cost-effectiveness analysis, if [Cost of Plan A] > [Cost of Plan B], and [Effect of Plan A] < [Effect of Plan B], we can make the decision without calculating incremental cost-effectiveness ratio.
4) Through a cost-effectiveness analysis, we should not include savings of medical resources utilization due to health improvement after the intervention.
