New Technology Systems
Based on personal experience, articles located through the University Library, or examples on the Internet, prepare a response detailing how a new technology system should be implemented and/or introduced to a company. Include your recommendations as if you were the manager in charge of implementing the new technology.
Provide your ideas on how the following information should or should not be shared by technical and non-technical staff: (a) project plans, (b) implementation plans, (c) training plans (d) support strategies.
