In a management meeting one of your peers identifies a similar problem, and states that he was able to get a better understanding of his team, and a strategy for solving some of the problems on his team when he heard about Emotional Intelligence. Being unfamiliar with the term you decide to research the topic and see if it can help you with your team problems. So, as a first step, use the AIU Library to research emotional intelligence.
List and define five components of emotional intelligence.
