On May 30, Natalia entered into a contract with designer Kelly Dashian to purchase clothing accessories for her St. Charles Main Street boutique. Dashian has a separate warehouse in St. Charles where she stores her inventory. When Natalia and Dashian enter into the agreement, Dashian had Natalia's entire order of clothing accessories in stock at her warehouse, and instructs her warehouse manager to assemble Natalia's order for Natalia to pick up by June 1.
