Problem:

The purpose of the Graduate Research Project (GRP) is to have students compare and contrast, evaluate, synthesize, and apply theoretical concepts covered in this course to practical cases. The GRP comprises 37% of the overall course grade. Select one of the options listed below:

The student is to write a comprehensive research paper analyzing the challenge of translating motivational theory into leadership practice. The student is to write a comprehensive research paper analyzing various communication strategies and how they impact leadership. The paper should include a solid scholarly foundation that describes effective communication strategies and an analysis of the impact communication has on leadership success. The student should provide specific business examples to clarify and support his/her arguments. This paper should be balanced, based on sound business principles, and supported by the research. In addition, the paper should include a variety of resources and resource types (books, journals, websites, newspapers, etc.

Option 3 Ethics:

The student is to write a comprehensive research paper analyzing the interdependent nature of an organizationâ??s ethical climate and leadership practice. The student should include a solid scholarly foundation on ethical business practices and an analysis of the inter-reliant impact of ethical environment and leadership. The student should provide specific business examples to clarify and support his/her arguments. This paper should be balanced, based on sound business principles, and supported by the research. In addition, the paper should include a variety of resources and resource types (books, journals, websites, newspapers, etc.

The paper should include:
