Working in a nonprofit organization is difficult because the mission often exceeds the resources, both fiscal and human, to accomplish the amount of work needed. Also, nonprofits are often staffed and led by people who have a strong calling for the mission but have not had the advantage of the education and training to manage what is often a multi-million dollar corporation.
The forum discussion for this week is asking whether your organization's staff is motivated and operating at a high level of capacity?
Please offer that assessment and suggestions for either why that is the case or, if not, why not.
