BK is a 54 year old male who complains of chest pain during his annual office visit. PMH is significant for HTN, DM, HLD, depression, and anxiety. He is a current every day smoker and drinks alcohol socially. He describes the pain as tightness throughout his chest that lasts for only a few minutes (~2-5). The chest pain just started recently and only occurs when doing strenuous activity. The pain is relieved with nitroglycerin.
