Meat Standards Australia (MSA) is a meat grading system designed to predict eating quality. Write a 2,000 word essay based on the following:

(i) describe the MSA grading system;

(ii) identify and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the MSA grading system; and

(iii) explain how the MSA grading system improves market efficiency.

This assignment requires a certain amount of research. It requires you to read and understand relevant literature from the readings provided and other sources you may wish to consult.
